Hi All

I recently have setup a new system using a ER7212PC Router (latest firmware) as the controller and 6 AP's. 5 of them are the EAP245 (EU) v3 hardware and 1 is the EAP245 (EU) v4. All is going well and stood up fine however when i tried to use the v4 AP as a wirelessly connected part of the mesh it would not do so, it did not appear to have the option. Doing the same using the v3 hardware had no issues at all, i was able to adopt it in wirelessly.

Am i missing something here or is this feature not available for the v4 yet?

Thanks

Richard

Hello @GERichard

I'd like to update the solution here.

After confirming with the Support Team, the Mesh issue of EAP245 V4 you mentioned, which has been fixed in the Beta firmware EAP245(EU&US&CA&JP&EG)_V4_1.2.1_Build 20230824 (Beta). And the subsequent official firmware update of EAP245 V4 will fix the issue as well.
