Network Unstable on Windows VIGI app

Two "issues:
1. When adding my camera to the VIGI app (Windows) I can use it perfectly when the camera is attached to the Local Account. When I remove the camera and add it to my TP-Link account it always says "Network is unstable" when trying to view the feed.
2. I accidently removed the camera from my iOS VIGI app. All connection methods assume I want to connect it from scratch to the wifi when adding the camera. The camera is already on the wifi network, but I see no option to add it manually via IP address.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
1. Have you tried to reset and start from the scratch with the two problems you stated?
2. Network is unstable means that your network is literally running into some issues. If there is a server issue, we will be notified. Yet I don't see any news about that.
Have you run some checks on your network?
Do you use a VPN? Anything that may create unnecessary routes from the IPC to your phone?

1. As stated in my post, the camera and network is fine. The camera is working (but only when I associate it with the "Local account" in the Windows app. You then have an option to add it to your "TP-Link" ID. As soon as I do that it says "Network Unstable" on the camera screen. If I remove it from my TP-Link ID and add it to the Local account again, it works
2. Resetting the camera would only cause me more work which is not needed because the camera is working. It's the applications that is the issue here.
3. "Do you use a VPN? Anything that may create unnecessary routes from the IPC to your phone?" - As stated, the camera is on my home wifi and I have connected the camera on the app before. I deleted the camera by accident. I want to add it again to the app on the phone. When adding the camera to the app it wants me to connect to the camera's wifi setup network which is not needed because it's already on the wifi (because I can access it through the Windows app).

Have you checked your router? Any firewall that blocks the software? It is a wild scope of settings so you need to recall if you have changed anything or blocked anything recently. I cannot point out what would be wrong.
If you can Wireshark and analyze the traffic when binding the TP-Link ID, that would be great. I'd love to take a look.
That would be the only possibility here. I can view from the server and it does not seem to be the server issue.

Although I sincerely appreciate any guidance and feedback, after I read your recommendations yesterday and decided not to reply because you are not understanding the situation.
There is nothing different from a networking standpoint. Imagine this scenario:
I sit in front of a Windows computer and click on the VIGI application and it opens up.
I can see the footage of the camera on the application.
I look at the top right of the application and see that it says "Local account".
I think to myself that I want to add this camera to my TP-Link account instead.
I remove the camera from Local Account.
Still sitting at the same PC (no network changes) I select my TP-Link account in the drop-down menu top right within the VIGI application.
The account switches to my TP-Link ID.
I go to Settings (middle top of application) and add the camera with no errors.
I go back to the live feed and click on the camera.
I get the message "The Network is Unstable".
I go to Settings.
I remove the camera.
I switch to Local Account in the drop-down menu top right.
I go to Settings.
I add the camera.
Click on the live feed.
Works perfectly.
