Hi,

I want to block incomming ping on my WAN interfaces. So I want to have the checkbox "Block Ping from WAN" in "Attack Defence" checked.

But I also want certain ip's/services to be able to ping my gateway, like Uptime Robot. Which, as far as I know now, can only be done by unchecking that checkbox, since I cannot find a way to block "all except" (whitelisting them). But maybe there is a different way to get it done.

Felix

Hi @Moebi

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

There might be a workaround. Uncheck the setting in the firewall.

Set up GW ACL and set WAN-IN block. WAN IN ACL would be effective for any IP from WAN.

Block ICMP from the IP range to your router's WAN and GW IP.
