Model: SG2210P
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 5.0.6

Dear community,

I am a bit frustrated. I am currently moving to a full Omada network, but struggle already at the beginning.

Here is my setup:

- DSL model (Draytek Vigor 165)

- Router ER7206 v1.0

- Switch TL-SG2210P v5.0

- Software controller, latest version

Setup is pretty simple, just using one VLAN (1) for testing purposes.

Everything seems to be OK, but when I am trying to connect my wallbox via cable to the switch, it simply remains dead. No connectity. No LEDs indicating any traffic. Controller says "Link down". When I unplug the wallbox and plug it into the router, it works fine. The port itself works fine with other devices.

For further testing purposes, I have plugged in another switch (non-Omada) into the TL-SG2210P v5.0. In this second switch, I plugged in the wallbox - works totally fine.

I am not getting why the connection between the wallbox and the TL-SG2210P is not working. What I however noticed: It seems the wallbox limits the speed to 100mbit - which is totally fine. But could this cause some issues?

Any ideas where I could start investigating any further?

Thanks for any help, highly appreciated.

  @Betonmischer

Issue hast just been sorted out. Resolution was to configure a profile override and manually set the link speed.
