EAP660 crashing
Hi.
I've recently bought an EAP660 HD(EU) v2.0, FW 1.0.1, I run it with Omada Controller 5.13.22 along with 4x EAP245(EU) v3.0 FW 5.1.0 and 1x EAP650-Outdoor(EU) v1.0 FW 1.0.4.
The EAP660 AP crashes when there are 2-3 clients nearby. Omada first displays "heartbeat missed", in Omada logs I see multiple entries of "AP was connected." The AP stops responding to ping requests and the router logs displays "link down, up, down, up" in matter of 30-40 seconds and then I get a DHCP assigned message. If there are no clients connected to the AP, it runs pretty stable. At this very moment it keeps crashing over and over just because I have an iPhone 11 Pro and an iPad Pro sitting 3m from the AP itself. Both radios are turned on, Wireless mode is Auto. AI WLAN is turned on, WPA2/WPA3, 802.11r on, rekeying 1800s, SSID broadcast on
2,4GHz channel width is 20Mhz, channel 11, Tx Power auto, OFDMA enabled.
5GHz channel width is 80MHz, channel 104, Tx Power auto, OFDMA enabled.
I even took out a thermal camera to see whether the AP overheats, but it doesn't - the highest surface temperature is 45,5°C.
EAP660HD should be able to handle 1000+ clients but I use it at my house, so there are no more than 10 clients...
EAP245 has never ever crashed.
Please advise what to do.
