Hello Good day,

I created a Port Forwarding on the router  following this step guide https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2132/.

When I checked my configurations on port checker it is Open(working).

But when I accessing the Public IP together with port number in a different location it was unable to access the machine.

Here is the details for my current setup.

Public IP: 120.28.109.110

Port Number: Internal Port 3389, External Port 3391

IP Address of the machine remote: 10.30.0.8

Note: Internet is working fine on both locations

I've tried to access different address on web browser:

http://120.28.109.110:3391 -- None-reponse

https://120.28.109.110:3391 -- This site can't be reached

Alsto tried 20.28.109.110:3391

Thank you

Hi @ken22
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
If this shows up as open, then it is working. You should check your local server instead.

The issue now is not with the router.

If you have any question on how to verify, try this guide.
