Can't upgrade ER7206 to 1.4.1

My upgrade always fail when I use OC300 V1 5.9.32 with both procedure:
- manual download official realease and use Device >> Config >>Browse file update
- Clik on arrow Upgrade at the end line of the device.
I got always message upload failed if use manual procedure
and failed to download file from the cloud if I use the quick upgrade way from the cloud.
Any idea what's wrong with this release ?
@Clive_A Thank for your suggestion to upgrade my OC300 but this is not the solution here
Same Issue if I use ER7206 in StandAlone mode !
I just tried with a brand new ER7206
can't even upgrade to 1.4.0
got success to upgrage from 1.1.0 to 1.2.3 but where are the 1.3.series on the support website ???
the one proposed by the controller ?
