Hallo!

Ich bin gezwungen mein 'home-lab' zu verkleinern. Dabei werde ich auch mein opnSense-device deutlich verkleinern müssen, um den Energieverbrauch bei mir deutlich zu senken.

Behalten werde ich die folgenden (switch-)Kompenenten:
- TL-SX3008F

- TL-SG3210XHP-M2

- TL-SG2008

Bisher habe ich die Konfiguration des Netzwerkes (vlans, gateways, firewall-rules etc.) über die opnSense laufen lassen. Dies wird - mit der neuen schwachen hardware - nicht mehr möglich sein. 

Aus diesem Grund frage ich mich, ob ich diese Aufgabe nicht dem TL-SX3008F zuweisen kann. Zumindest vlans, dhcp und den Datenverkehr zwischen den hosts eines vlans könnte dieser doch managen!?

Gibt es hierzu Erfahrungswerte? Es handelt sich um ein 'kleines' home-lab dessen Aufgabe hauptsächlich im Streaming und dem Internetzugang für diverse Handys etc. liegt. Allerdings ist es auch erforderlich, dass einzelne hosts mit hosts anderer vlans kommunizieren können.

Kann das der SX3008F? Anderweitige Empfehlungen?

L2+ and L3 switches can backward play the role of the aggregated layer(switch).
