Vigi camera app doesn't log in
Hey I have installed vigi camera for my home setup and even after I try to login after multiple times the camera dosent list .on home screen it still shows to login but in setting it shows as I have logged in

As the official reply on the Google Play Store, we encountered a server issue in the past week. The issue of login has been resolved now.
If you encounter any of the issues, please provide your information in the feedback email. You are required to provide your TP-Link ID, and last expiration date in the email.
You can find this support email on your VIGI app.
Future optimization on login will be released as well in mid Dec 2024. App updates will be pushed to certain users before a massive release.
If you frequently log out, please self-examine if you have more than 10 devices to log in to the same VIGI app. Or 30 days from the last login due to the token only lasting for 30 days for security reasons.

If you experience this issue, please make sure your Internet is okay.
Make sure you have proper DNS server configured.
Please make sure your app is up-to-date as well.

@Clive_A internet is fine and dns is ok .is there any dns which works and dosent ?App is also fine and latest one

It looks like a problem with your cellphone. Have you tried a different one? The latest Android 14 with the latest VIGI version can work and login properly with configuration and network in the default state.
I recommend you try a different phone that has pre-installed Google Service and see if this persists, we are not able to debug what is wrong with a specific cell phone. AFAIK, it should work straight on a regular Android phone with Google Service installed.

If possible, I'd recommend you try it on a 14. At least on my device Android 14 with the latest VIGI Google Play version, I don't experience an issue like that. Has been running smoothly for over a year now.

VSM can be bound to the TP-Link ID.
ID can be logged in to another computer if they stay on Internet connected.
Or you create the VPN server on the local site and log back in to your local network and to PC, to VSM.

I have the same problem I changed the email and it works.
The email that has the problem cannot be used on any phone.
I think the problem might be tp link iD.
