I am new to the Festa platform, but have experience managing cloud-based network devices from other vendors.  I see that in the Cloud Controller there are Wired Network settings for a Site.  This includes DHCP server functionality for the LAN.  When are these settings enforced?  Only when a Gateway is added?

I have a possible implementation where I only want to install a couple of Festa Access Points to provide WiFi to my client's office.  I do not want these Access Points to add any DHCP server/features to the network.  The Access Points need to pick up their IP settings from the existing DHCP server on the network.  This will give them Internet access.  Once adopted, I need them to configure themselves with the WLAN information I have already put in to the Controller.  Is this how the Festa equipment and cloun-management operates?

Thank you for your help with a Festa newbie.

Hi  @mspowner08

>>>Yes. If there is no gateway managed, those settings won't take effect. Please feel free.
