Model: VIGI C540-4G
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.3

I have a CCTV camera that works perfectly on my phone when connected to the same Wi-Fi network. However, when I switch to mobile data, I lose access to the camera feed. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it? I’m using a C540-4G Wireless Outdoor Full Colour Pan Tilt Network Camera Sim Card WiFi CCTV Security Cameras" if that helps.

Hi @Saif6575

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Is it bound to the TP-Link ID and connected to the Internet?

If it is, then when you switch to the cellular data, you will connect to the VIGI cloud platform and view your camera by data.

Based on what's given, think you should check it is connected to the cloud or not.
