Model: ER605 (TL-R605)  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.26

My current cloud controller version is 5.15.6.60.  When I try to purchase a license via https://euw1-omada-cloud.tplinkcloud.com/#subscriptions I get an error that says 'Invalid Request Parameters'

 

is anyone having issues ?

Hi  @RAM-BB 

 

This is because of the adjustments in the payment process information during the subsequent upgrades of our cloud-based controller; the system might not be able to retrieve users' account information when accessing the license purchase page.
 
You can go to Account >>> Account Settings >>> Billing Information and reconfigure the new and correct State/Province to continue purchasing new licenses.
