Incoming VOIP calls dropped on the TL-R470T+
Region : Australia
Model : TL-R470T+
Hardware Version : V7
Firmware Version : 5.1.3
ISP :
Hello TP-Link Forum,
I'm still seeking assistance on the following issue, can someone please shine some light?
Hardware version - v3.0
firmware 5.1.3 build 20130831
Topology
Fixed Wireless NBN - DevoteNBN - VOIP - byo.engin
TP-LINK Load Balance
DLink DGS-1100-08P Switch.
Yealink W52P SIP VOIP phone.
PROBLEM IS COMMUNICATION DROP WITH INCOMING CALLS ONLY..
Above is a brief listing of hardware on the network. All devices behind the TL-R470 are NOT relevant to the issue. I have patched the SIP phone directly to the TL-R470T+.
Outgoing calls are not a problem but incoming calls are dropped after 1 minute and approx 5 or 6 seconds. It would appear that the router is seeing the incoming packets as an attack. I have tested this theory by installing another gateway and having no problems, no call drops in or out.
I'm not sure that I have added the correct rule to allow incoming voip on the network. I have made few configuration changes but have defaulted them all as they do not appear to produce a fix.
