Region : UnitedStates

Model : TL-SG1005D

Hardware Version : V4

Firmware Version : Dont Know

ISP : Time Warner

1. Can connect without switch - bought switch so I could connect PS4 and PC at the same time. PC and PS4 do not connect when I use the switch. This is the 2nd Switch from TP Link I've tried to use. Traded in the 1st one same-day when that one didn't work after 3 hours of attempted troubleshooting.

2. Anyone have a resolution to this?

* There is a motorola Surfboard Modem

* There is also a Netgear N600 WNDR3400 Router.

Cable Internet -> Motorola Modem -> Netgear N600 WNDR3400 Router (with DHCP server enabled) -> TP Link Switch
