Switch SG3210X-M2 - Omada Controller Log full of DDM Warnings after Firmware-Upgrade to 1.0.11
Hi,
after updating the firmware on my SG3210X-M2 switch to version 1.0.11, the log on my Omada Software Controller (version 5.15.20.20, Linux/Docker) reported the following warnings and alarms:
- The voltage of the SFP module on ??-??-??-??-??-??'s port Te1/0/9 is lower than warning point.
- The voltage of the SFP module on ??-??-??-??-??-??'s port Te1/0/9 is lower than alarm point.
These entries appear in the "Resolved" section of the logs every 5 to 30 minutes. Consequently, the log is flooded with these entries. The SFP port and module seem to be working properly; network connectivity and bandwidth are fine.
Reverting to the previous firmware version, 1.0.7, will make the DDM warnings/alarms disappear.
Is this a firmware bug, and/or how can I get rid of these warnings and alarms? Should I revert back to firmware version 1.0.7 and wait for this issue to be resolved?
Hardware information:
- SG3210X-M2 Switch (8 Port 2.5G, 2 Port SFP+), hardware version v1.0
- TL-SM5310-T SFP+ 10G Base-T SFP+ Module
Regards,
Christof
