TL-ER6020 freezing/crashing after new firmware upgrade to 1.1.0 Build 20150416 Rel.35252

I recently upgraded the firmware on two very reliable units (TL-ER6020) that I have been using for almost a year. I have two offices, one in NY and one in Montreal. The two router serve as both the site-to-site VPN between the two sites as well as the main router for both sites. Since the upgrade,both have crashed after about 15 days. Lights are on and working, but there is no connectivity with no useful information from the syslog. Connecting a laptop to one of the ports provides no connectivity. Only way to get back connectivity is to power off/on. When I did the upgrade, I reset both units to factory defaults, and re-entered the new information manually. Is this a known issue with this new firmware? I am not using the new IPTV function, and have disabled it.
