RE6020 V1 crashing, freezing, hangs

RE6020 V1 crashing, freezing, hangs

I have an RE6020 the crashes every 14 days or so.
Spec:
RE6020 V1
Firmware: 1.0.3
Build: 20140604
Release: 64661
Environment:
1 ipsec VPN tunnel to remote office with 5 users.
Behind the router is a single terminal server for the 5 users and a small private website used by a membership of 3000 users.
Traffic is minimal rarely using more than 10% CPU resources.
Tunnel is configured to use:
Policy:
Exchange mode: Main
SA Lifetime: 28800
Proposal: MD5, 3DES, DH2
Symptoms:
All access internal and external stops working.
Access to web admin panel not working.
Direct cable access to console not working.
Panel lights continue to flash.
Current resolution is to cycle the power.
Any Suggestions?
