POE and IP cameras

I have a 4 port POE swich model TL_SF100p and would like to know if it is possible to connect 2 Honeywell IP cameras to the switch upstairs and connect a single cat5 cable to my hub downstairs and connect a cat5 cable to my Honeywell NVR from the hub.
I can only see the cameras if I connect direct to NVR.
Do I need to change any configurations?.
