Dear Sir
I bought "Load Balance Broadband Router TL-r480t+" when i connected it to my computer(Using IP address 192.168.0.1) to make configuration it was very very slow to retrieve the information , So I restarted the router and it was running very good.
unfortunately some times i found the internet speed became very slow and when I restarted the router the internet speed became very good, also i note if i restart one of the internet modem, the router (Also internet) become very slow and when i restarted the router the internet speed became normal,

I did the following configuration:

1- 2 WANs (Installed 2 internet Modem).
2. Enabling DHCP
3 connected to Sisco Switch SW-3750- E 24P Gig Layer 3 (I Faced the same problem when i connected to my computer direct)
