I am getting a notification that there is a new firmware version. When trying to update from the app it says firmware failed. When trying to do it from the web it says file is too large. Help

@HelpFixDecoApp I used the same cable that I got 1.5GB from the 5GB port and still have the same issue, when using the 2.5GB port it wont give the proper speeds.
