BE65 Pro 2.5gb port

When I am connecting my modem to the 2.5gb port on the deco and run a speed test I am getting under 1gb download. My internet speeds are 1.5gb. Is this port not actually 2.5gb? When using the 5Gb port I do get over 1.5Gb.

Hi, did you use "Test Internet Speed" on the Deco APP to check the network speed?
Did it help if we enabled the QoS and manually set the bandwidth to 1.5 Gbps download/upload?
Please also update to the latest 1.2.0 version manually to see whether it helps:

The difference in speed could be a problem with the port, a problem with the firmware, or a bad ethernet cable. I see your using cat 8 cables. The cable that you are getting over 1.5Gb I want you to unplug that cable completely and plug it into the 2.5gb port and then do the speed test again if the results are still under 1gb download then we know its not the cable and we can go from there

@HelpFixDecoApp I used the same cable that I got 1.5GB from the 5GB port and still have the same issue, when using the 2.5GB port it wont give the proper speeds.
