@Paul-i5Annoyed Do you have different Deco models in your network? In that case, you have to type the IP address of that particular Deco M4 (in the address bar of your browser) to update the firmware

@Sourie You can set up another network on the "2nd home" using the same account on your Deco app afaik. Tap on the "three lines" menu at the top left corner of the Deco app, then tap on the network...
