@Virgo, thank you for your comment. In my case ULA make complicated my network. With my existing router fritz.box is accepted the link local address for DNS-Server and I can enter my neighbor link...

@karlshea thank you for your answer. ULA Addresses ist not accepted. Only you can give Global Adresses.
