@John1234 Hi John I am using Controller. Global IP Address can be give and it works. I don't have static IP Address, my Global IP Address changes everyday, that's why I need to use a local IPv6.

I would like to use our own DNS Server in our Intranet. We have no static IPV6 address, thats why i need to give the ULA or Link Local address from my DNS Server. But Link Local address as manual DNS...

@Virgo, thank you for your comment. In my case ULA make complicated my network. With my existing router fritz.box is accepted the link local address for DNS-Server and I can enter my neighbor link...
