MR3420 V1 is too old... Besides, as I checked compatiblity list of TL-MR3420 V1&V3 and TD-W8970 V1, K4201-Z is in comaptibility list of MR3420 V2 only....

WAN IP address, DNS are obtained on web interface of D5 but no internet access? Provide a screenshot of WAN section on Status page. Besides, can you send the complete system log?
