@Virgo Hi, @Virgo We have a PIBX system SIP/VOIP, but as per checking the system is not dropping packets. Do you have any idea which network protocols Whatsapp/Viber uses? Maybe I can add it to ACL?

I'm having problems with connecting to Viber and Whatsapp calling, messages are working but whenever we call it is not going through. I have seen similar problems with Whatsapp but it does not say...
