@David-TP Haven't updated the firmware yet but I've deleted the old profile and created a new one which seems to have fixed the issue for now. Let's hope it keeps working this time 🙏

So I just tried parental control and it seemed to work fine, I thrn changed the subscription from monthly to yearly (trail wasnt expiredcyet) but not it doesn't work anymore. My son's pc is connected...
