@David-TP David - I got it. All I had to do was the old paperclip in the reset of my EX4100 for 5 seconds and it rebooted with an IP of 192.168.68.125 and then I went into the EX4100 control panel...

@David-TP Unfortunately, it's set to 192.168.1.40 and there's no way to change it without access to it. So, it's a Catch-22: I need to change it to make it work, but I need to make it work to change...

I moved into my "new" place and attached my NAS to a Spectrum wireless router and was able to access it via its fixed IP address. I was never able to attach it to my Deco S4 satellites in AP mode....
