@BK-Morpheus Check this thread to see a detailed answer for this behavior. It's for Deco device, but this is valid for all cloud compatible wireless routers as well.

@wiivile You can confirm if the DFS channels causing this issue making the following changes. Set the wirelkess channel back to Auto and then observe which wirelss chanel router is using on 5GHz...

@Geebee1010. Here's what to do if you forgot your router password.

@wiivile When the wireless channels is set to Auto most probably the router is setting a DFS channel that your devices don't support, hence can't see the 5GHz network.

@mayuresh_9417 If the device is under warranty you should contact your retailer. If the retailer doesn't offer a replacement then contact your local support to be advised further.

@Cydonian This could be a FW glitch that should be addressed in the next FW release.
