Cannot add third camera

Hi I have a few C310 cameras, the one started behaving wierdly, after about 8 months of no issues, it would start blinking orange and not be on the network. I will then power cycle and then it's fine

camera disconnected to my wifi,,, trying to reset and add again as per instruction but cannot connect to wifi again,,, my other 2 cameras (C200 and C500) still connected

I have had to change my router but still with Sky,i had tapo care which was paying for,how do i connect router to my tapo care account
