I cannot find my device in the list WiFi +5g or 2.4g cannot connect

I have both wifi 5 device but my phone connect link speed of 2.4g a 180 mbps instead of 400mnps and 5g 390 mbps instead of 867mbps . What's the problem I can't find out . Please help anyone.
