Tp link powerline adapter compatibility with Greece

Hello i am interested on buying tplink adapter for my home .I live in Greece and we have three phase current.I am between 2 models .The first one is tl-pa4020p av500 which tplink.gr has and i can buy it from there .This one i know will work for me.The second model is tl-pa4020p av600 which i found to buy in good price but i do not know if it will work for me because tplink.gr does not sell it and this leads me to conclusion that Maybe it is not compatible with Greek standards.Last question is can i plug ethernet switch to a tplink powerline?will it work?
