TL-MR6400 4G TLE used for CCTV access

Can anyone give me opinions on using a TL-MR6400 4G router / modem to provide access from anywhere to a CCTV DVR ?
A staff member from TP-Link said they dont have a product to do it but an independent sales distributor said they will work.
I can use a 4G SIM card with static IP address ( from zetta Nett ) which costs only $ 23 per month which is heaps cheaper than paying for a phone line and ADSL connection.
The TL-MR6400 would connect by CAT 6 cable direct to the LAN port of the DVR.
Has anyone done the above and got any recommendations on success of it ?
