Model : TL-WA850RE

Hardware Version : V4

Firmware Version : 1_0_0 58858

ISP : Virgin

Router: Superhub 3

I have followed the steps to set up the range extender multiple times, however when i try to connect to it it says "No internet, secure".
I've tried resetting it and re-configuring it multiple times and have tried a wps pair but it hasn't worked.

Did you change the IP address of the TL-WA850RE to 192.168.1.X?
Suggest you to configure the IP address of TL-WA850RE to the same subnet of your router and disable DCHP server on it manually.
I find an instruction which may be related to your case.

The subnet mask is 255.255.255.0, which im pretty sure is the same as on the TL-WA850RE,
I think i've tried disabling DCHP on the range extender

Yes, i set the IP address to 192.168.1.254, as 254 was the original ending.
I have disabled the DCHP on the router and still no luck

Are the signal lights on the 850RE on? You need to reconfigure it again if these lights are not on.
192.168.1.254 may be conflict with your router's IP address. Try 192.168.1.253 or 192.168.1.2.
Last, check the IP address and default gateway of the computer to see whether it is assigned by the router.
