Not able to use TPL Utility to access Powerline devices

I have a "network" composed by 2 x 9620 extender.
Using the utility I am able to see the devices but I only have the choices to access basic and advanced settings.
Unfortunately both devices don't prompt me for access and the wifi one doesn't show me any setting possibility. Why ?
