Hi All,


I'm new on this forum and I'm hoping that someone can explain it to me or help me solve the following issue:


I've subscribed a Virgin Media VIVID 350 Package.
I have the above mentioned kit which is working great as it shows on the Utility software picture below (841Mbps).



When I try to measure my net speed it never goes above 140-150 Mbps but mostly it is on 100-110Mbps (Please see the example pic below)





If I run the same test on the same PC (1st Floor) with my TP-Link T6E Archer AC Wifi 1300Mbps card it can easily go above 200Mbps (The strangest thing is that on my S7 Edge in the same room can be even 250Mbps on 5Ghz?!)


My first question would be:


How is that possible that I have a network with a proven speed of 841Mbps and the internet speed cannot go above 150Mbps and all the AC Wifi solutions seems faster?


Also when I stream 4K UHD Movies (50-70Mbps bitrate) to my Smart TV (downstairs):


On AC Wifi: Stops every few seconds to buffer, Plex even saying on the TV that my network is slow to stream this media (200Mbps not enough!?)


On Powerline with TL-PA9020P Plex saying the same BUT I can stream all my 4K movies without any issues or buffering (On 100-150Mbps, what?!)


My second question:


How is this possible with the 4K streaming what I described above?




So as you see I don't see too much logic in the above described thing. If you would need more details to help, just ask :)
