TL-MR6400 How to set Bandwidth control in 4g/3g mode?

I have a limited data package on my LTE sim and to avoid consuming all the data in a couple of days I want to set bandwidth control to 4MBPS. In the faqs section of the router's support page I can see this option is available in Standard Wireless Router mode. How can I do this in 4G/3G mode?
