I bought the TP-Link 4G Router, because I like its performance and it gives great value. I believe you would have bought it for the same reasons.
However, on the ooredoo network, this router does not even complete connecting the SIM.

I have solved the issue for you.

Step 1:

Connect your router to the computer via lan cable.

Step 2:

Open Browser enter http://192.168.1.1/ in the address bar.

Step 3:

Login to the Device

Step 4:

Choose the Advanced Tab | There are three tabs, Quick Setup | Basic | Advanced .. on top

Step 5:

On the left side menu, Choose Network

Step 6:

Under Network Choose Internet

Step 7:

In the bottom, click on create profile.

Step 8:

Name the new profile: Qtel

Step 9:

Change apn to: web.qtel

Step 10:

Click Save | Now if you look at the router the light for 4G & Internet Will be on.

Step 11:

Restart the browser and you are done.
