I purchased my AV 500 some time ago and the initial set up worked well. I have since moved property and had to get a new modem set up. The problem I have is that I have the second unit set up in an office in my rear garden and the Password has remained the same as the old set up while the new modem has a new password. so if (for instance ) I walk to the office I have to search on my phone and set up the wifi password differently to the house !!!! That then stops my phone from auto connecting to the house again and i have to search and reconnect manually.
