Powerline chaging password not working.

Hi everybody!
So, I bought a TP-link AV500 (WPA4220KIT) and wanted to change the SSID and the password for obv reasons.
The paring was amazingly fast and by typing the defalut password I was surfing the net in 3 minutes.
Than I tried to go to http://tplinkplc.net to change pw and SSID but the page says "Trying to configure the powerline extender? It looks you may have run into a issue".
By reading the lines below it seems that i'm not connected at the Wifi of the extender and lmao ofc I am! I'm actually writing on this forum with the connection of the extender :(
I even tried to connect through ethernet but the problem was the same.
Any tips please?
