Hi TP-LINK !

Iam using TL-MR3020 v1 and TL-MR3020 v3 with modem Sierra Wireless AirCard 320U

Modem detected succesfully, and I can ping other machine from PC attached router.
When using TL-MR3020 v1 system is going well, no RTO and modem IP can ping from outside, but now when using TL-MR3020 v3 i have several RTO and can't ping modem IP.

this is the diagram

Example : modem got IP from ISP 10.78.127.10

PC 1 ---->Mobile ISP ----> Sierra Modem and TP LINK

when using hardware v1, i can ping Sierra Modem with IP 10.78.127.10 but when using hardware v3, cannot.

here firmware on v3 device

Firmware : 1.1.0.0.9.1 Build 170907 Rel. 7338

please help.

Thankyou.

10.78.127.10 is a private IP address, are you sure you got the same IP when you used the v1 and you are able to ping it from outside?
Private IP address means there must be another NAT product in the front(it might be on your ISP end) which protects the local network, that is why you are unable to ping it from outside unless you open a port on the front end NAT product.
