Issues with the TL 2000Mbps powerline adapter help asap!

Hello, I bought the product the other week, upon setting it up I had loads of drop out issues which I fixed but still happens some times. atm I'm facing an issue where my download speed is much less while using the powerline. when I first used the adapter I was getting 100 download + but now its locked at like 5-10?? any help
