Archer routers don't have bandwidth control?

Archer routers don't have bandwidth control?

There is an phone here that use almost all my internet, and my router (archer c60) don't have the option to control the bandwidth (QoS are totally useless).. I've saw that archer c60 v2 on tether app (homecare) I can increase the importance of some process (game, stream...), but this isn't available for c60 v1.0 (wtf tp-link?). Where you will update and unlock that function?
And another problem, I can't update my c60, always get this message "This operation is not allowed for remote management", but my computer are connected via LAN to the router (?)...
Even my old WR941ND have more features with same range as c60 (for me 5ghz are useless).
