This setup doesn't work for me.

I have my main Deco connected to my modem.
it's other port is connected to my switch. I connect my VOD to that switch wiith a cable but it can't load content.

only when I use my old router as my switch and connect it's WAN port to my M5 unit does it give me internet access.

My wifi from deco works perfect.

Can you help me out here?

P.S

my setup is

Modem > deco > switch > TV network cable.

@hackndoes

What is VOD?

With it connected to the Deco directly, does it work properly?

Meanwhile, is there any special settings need to be done on the router to make it work? Like port forwarding or so?

Besides, it is suggested to contact the tech support of the VOD to get some help cause they are more professional about their products.

Good day.

@layer4dad   Seems unbelievable but M9 and M5 do NOT work with wired network directly.   You apparently MUST use connect it into another router and then connect the WIFI as a AP which will put all of your devices on the same network segment.   Unbelievable this was the decisions made.
