TL-MR3020 connecting to USB 3g mdem issues

Hardware Version : 3
Firmware Version : 170907
ISP : МТС, Velcom (Belarus)
Hello, trying to use Huawei E3131 3g modem with this router.
The modem version is:
Hardware : CH1E3531SM
Firmware : 21.318.31.DM.00
Software: 23.015.11.00.03
The modem works properly with the same router HW v1.9 (using OpenWRT at least)
I'd like to know, whether there is the way to make it work with HW v3 (using some bin file or custom FW, or can it's support be waited in some of the following FW update of v3).
