I have bought the tp-link archer T4U model adapter and have used for 1 year.
From previous few months, i facing a problem that my window cannot detect my wifi adapter.
It was detected by the window when the window start but sometime it didn't.
Even tho it was detected from the starting, sometime it will suddenly undetected by the window.
Sometime i try to connect to my hostel wifi and when i keep trying, it will sudden became undetected
The adapter doesn't have green light even i replug into another usb pot .
The worst is when it was undetected from the starting or at the sudden undetected , my pc cannot be shut down nor restart.
When i restart, it will stuck on the restarting screen
When i shut down, the screen turn back but the pc still running and cannot be shut down.
It only can be force shut down by turning of the electricity and start back my pc.
After that, my adapter can be detect again by the window.
I have tried run troubleshoot , replug the adaptor to other usb pot , formet window or reinstall the adapter driver it just doesn't fix.
Hope anyone can help me with the problem i facing right here.
