I've just try to flash my MR6400 with mr6400v1_en_1_0_13_up_boot(180522)_update_full.bin through the web interface and I get this message :

Error code: 18005 Upgrade unsuccessfully because the version of the upgraded file was incorrect. Please check the file name.

What can i do ?

Perhpas, you can also try the latest V2 firmware on their official website since your current frimware version on the router is V2.

As I know, Anton is right. the label version is the correct one. don't know why you still get wrong message.

Another similar case. Exactly the same version of firmware and similar tag in the router than in the beginnig of thread. And the same result. I guess there is some failure in the released V2 firmware. In addition to security I hope the new firmware would correct F-Secure Freedome VPN fail...
