Archer MR-200 V1 - Port Forwarding Using Wifi connected devices

Hardware Version :
Firmware Version : 0.9.1 0.0 v004a.0 Build 160310
ISP : NOS
Doing a port forwarding on the wifi network does not work on the router - like a wireless IP Camera.
Doing a port forwarding directly on the router port is OK - like connecting a cable IP Camera on it.
Connecting this IP Cam to an Wifi range extender (TL-WA830RE) - with a network cable - and then doing a port forwarding on the router it is ok!
I have tried to upgrade the firmware to version V1_160905 but the 3G network stop working.
Can anyone help me on this?
