Hi!


I've a Archer C7 v4.0 Running firmware version 1.0.7 Build 20180425 rel.62587(5553). I'm trying to set the router to automatically reboot every day at 3 am, but when I save that configuration in the "Reboot Schedule" advanced tab the page is just reloaded and all settings I chose are lost and replaced by the default settings.


Can someone help? Is this a bug or I'm doing something wrong?

How about other settings?
Only this setting will lead this issue?

Try to set up with another device by wired connection.

Hi Enson!

Thanks! But I've changed many other settings (including advanced ones) with no problems even through a wireless connection. So following your suggestion I've tried to set the reboot schedule using a wired connection, but again it didn't work. I also tried other browsers (chrome, firefox, etc.) with no success. It really looks like a bug.

Any additional tips?

Hey, have you tried reset the router and reconfigure it?
Reset usually help us solve many problems.

You're right! Resetting to factory defaults fixed the problem! Unfortunately I've lost all my settings in the process... Thanks!

I'm use TP-Link Archer C7 V4 AC1750 Optimized LEDE Firmware, but I have no problem with the bot reset

I have the same error.
Exactly as you describe it
It is not normal to have to reset to factory mode once configured.
Please, to the technical support, launch a new firmware to solve this problem
