Hi there,
I have bought time ago two kind of adapters (AV600 nano Powerline andAV500 Nano Powerline). They work, but I have noticed that periodically my band is getting worst (from 70 mbit to 30 mbit in download and from 20 mbit to 4 mbit in upload) for that reason I have to reset these adapters by detaching from the power for some time and replugging again.
These procedure is not mentioned on yours instructions, but what I do work at all.
Can you please explain why this happen?
I write to you 'cause I have called many time my ISP because I believed that the problem was the connection, but it was the adapter. I dont' want to pay any charge for that problem that my ISP wanted to, for that reason I ask to you to correct for this problem.
Thanks
